Trust you all had an enjoyable long weekend. Well done to the team who won the Leigh 6-a-side tournament on Sunday!

Please can you advise me of your availability for the next fixture which is this Sunday the 4th of September away against Chalkwell Misfits. Please note that the game will be held at Chalkwell Park on the Leigh on Sea pitch and the start time is 13:30.

Leigh-on-Sea 6-a-side tournament, Sunday 28th August 2016

Just to confirm that the 6 a side tournament at Leigh on Sea Cricket Club is going ahead this Sunday the 28th of August.

We have one team taking part and it promises to be an entertaining day of cricket.

The games start at 12:00, so please do drop down to Chalkwell Park if you’d like to support the team.

There is no official Mount fixture this weekend, however we have been invited as a club to participate in a 6 a side tournament at Leigh on Sea Cricket Club.

I've just about recovered from an incredibly successful tour to Somerset. Mount won 4 out of the 5 games played on tour, which was the joint best return from a touring side.

Thanks again to David Thomas for his efforts and energy in getting everything arranged for the tour!
