I am writing this newsletter as a follow up to my recent missive on the tour. This is to clarify accommodation arrangements for the 2018 tour.

We have decided, after listening to tourists opinions, that The Windmill is our best option as HQ. The cost has slightly increased on 2017 prices but there is more freedom in the bar than at The Hood, achieving a more informal atmosphere and good beer so important to ‘Old Boy’! I have booked all seven rooms, as last year, but I would appreciate it if you will book rooms ASAP – as Hinkley Point are trying to block book all hotels in the area.

There are also the usual B&B’s at The Forge at Holford (01278741215) and Hazeldene at Kilve (012787641881). Also available is Combe House for those with deeper pockets. Book your own B&B, but please let me know when you have done so.

I have arranged for us to play Dunster on Sunday 23rd as a replacement for Holford – who are unable to raise a side. All other fixtures are as 2017.
